Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods or sales events, processing may take an additional day.

Dispatch Notification
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options

Domestic Shipping:
Within Australia we offer both Standard (2-4 Days) & Express (1-2 Days) Shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:
Unfortunately we currently don't have capacity to ship internationally. We are working on solutions to service our international customers.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website using this tracking number.

Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or absence of the recipient, and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact our Customer Care Team immediately.

Lost Packages
