Items must be lodged for return within 7 days of delivery date. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and items marked as 'Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Contact our Customer Care team at studio@naturalgalleries.com to request a return authorisation. Securely package the item(s) and ship the package via a trackable method to address provided by the Customer Service Team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defect or error.
