Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your items. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns for Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit on all full-priced items, provided they are lodged within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, spare buttons, and packaging must be intact.
  • Lodged via our manual return process within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Sale Items (including flash sales and promotional discounts)
  • Socks (due to hygiene)
  • Gift Cards

Refund & Credit Options

To help reduce our environmental footprint and support our small business, we offer three ways to process your return:

  • 110% Store Credit: Choose a store credit and we will add an extra 10% value to your return (e.g., return a $100 item, get a $110 credit). No restocking fee applies.
  • Exchange: Free shipping on your first exchange. No restocking fee applies.
  • Refund: A $10 Restocking & Handling Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the manual inspection and processing of your items.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How To Start A Return

We have recently moved to a manual returns process so we can better understand your feedback and improve our products.

  • Email Us: Contact studio@naturalgalleries.com with your Order Number and the Reason for your return.
  • Approval: Our team will review your request within 48 business hours.
  • Post Your Item: Once approved, we will provide you with the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service via Australia Post.
  • Processing: Once received and inspected, your refund or credit will be issued within 5 business days.

Faulty Items

At Natural Galleries, we take great pride in the quality of our pieces. If you believe your garment has a manufacturing fault, please contact our team at studio@naturalgalleries.com within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly for you, please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • 2–3 clear photos showing the fault

Worn Items: If a manufacturing fault is discovered after the item has been worn, this must be reported to us within 3 months of the original purchase date.

Exclusions: Please note that items damaged due to general wear and tear, or those not cared for according to the specific garment care label (e.g., incorrect washing or drying), are not considered faulty and will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
