Processing Time
We process orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. During peak periods or sales events, processing may take an additional day.

Express Shipping: AUD $20 flat rate.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website using this tracking number.
Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or absence of the recipient, and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact studio@naturalgalleries.com immediately.
Lost Packages
If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information. If the issue persists, reach out to studio@naturalgalleries.com for assistance.
Pre-order Items
If you place a combined order, we will hold it until all items are available for dispatch. Please purchase in-stock styles separately for immediate dispatch.
